** Peripheral Showcase **

On that site, if I type in my favourite mouse which was the Logitech mx518, it says that a razer basilisk V3 hyperspeed is a similar shape and a Logitech something.

I still have my 518 I use it for emergencies.

I like it better than the One 3 Pro Nazca Line and that was my fav keyboard up to now.

It's tri-mode connection, inductive switches are low power so charges should last longer, web browser based software which is cool too.

What a mare with Amazon, ordered this last week but it ended up getting lost in transit so got a refund and £10 giftcard as goodwill. I went to re-order and the price was back at £69.99 (ordered originally at £59.99). Anyways one day later it's back to £59.99 so in the end £49.99 with the giftcard and it just arrived this morning.

Thanks for the recommendation @mrk

Check for firmware updates for both dongle and controller too, controller needs to be in USB for it to be checked too btw via the Gamesir Connect software.

All updated, didn't realize there were so many buttons and customization, unreal.

I'm not one for buying keyboards just because. Plus there's nothing actually wrong with my Shine 2. (If anybody wonders about the longevity of Ducky keyboards, I've been using it for almost 12 years).

But for some reason, that keyboard does seem particularly tempting. You say it's not released yet? Probably a good thing.

What's the feel of the switches like?

It feels like hall effect switches, similar sort of linearity but with a more progressive rebound spring which dynamic as the lower you go on the throw the stronger the spring resistance is which feels rather nice. When bottoming out the slap is well damped and it feels like something refined I'd say compared to my other board, the Ducky One 3 pro Nazca. Weight diff is 1.6KG here vs 1.2KG on the Nazca.

here is how these switches work:

Sounds good, I'll keep a look out for one.

Full sized keyboards look so huge to me now, I always worry that you're going to spend most of the time bashing your mouse into the side of the number pad.

Only if you are a low DPI mouser! 1600DPI here and all's nice and fluid!

Impressive, you only needed to use backspace once.

Keyboard sounds good too. Even the spacebar. Even more tempted now.
That was a good take to be fair, sometimes it doesn't go so smoothly!

Oh I never tried putting this up for some reason, I whacked it up to max (30k) but it was way too twitchy, 16k actually feels like a good starting point. So it's on 1k polling rate, 16k DPI.

Still not chosen a new mouse, got scuppered when I realised how much I like having the ring finger rest on the Naga V2.

2K polling here for the gaming mouse and the prod mouse is fixed at 1k but yes 1600 DPI/CPI is ample for anything really and also what many gamer tubers recommend as you're getting enough sensor data vs a lower figure, higher DPI is to fast/twitchy for sane people lol.
