You couldn't be more wrong, tax has very little to do with increasing energy costs.It's the principal of it though isn't it, the fuel costs nothing, the tax on it is what is making the price go up
I went to america not so long ago, and everythings so amazingly cheap over there. And people are freindlier, they have more respect, the food in general is better quality and better portions. The government is corrupt like ours but it looks after it's people. It's a nicer place in general and if I could move away from my family and freinds, i'd be away to the airport now, but I can't so I guess i'm stuck in ripoff britain.
US seems a nice place as a tourist, I would never live there, they are in for much harder times than us.
