Will it have classic 3 click or HB's own obnoxious control system?
needs a fleshed out career, proper character attributes upgradable via an XP system
I can't remember how HB Studios did this series, but isn't it better to not have upgradable characters attributes where someone who plays more than someone else can have an edge? It should be everyone is on a level playing field and the only attributes to winning are a players skill with their device (obviously there's going to be cheaters but you can't do anything about that).
I play Links 2003, amazing game and zero upgrading of anything. The only factor to winning is being better at the game.
Maybe in SP career only but then they'd have to make your SP golfer not accessable online so it's even field.
mouse takes 0 skill either you can cheat by running mouse along a straight edge like a dvd case
Tempo is crucial in this game so it might not be as easy to do that as you think.
I like having unique golfers, everyone might be set up differently. Power, accuracy, putting, short game, recovery etc. Plus, it adds to the depth of the game and a reason to play the single player. I also enjoy earning equipments upgrades, new clothing items etc. I just think golf games have become all to lazy. In this day and age surely someone could try and make an incredible golf game with layers of depth instead of the same old churned out simple structure with the next number tagged on for a roster upgrade. No one even tries to be imaginative in the genre anymore.
Why do HB ban players for using rulers then if it is not that simple?
