Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV.

There appears to be a lot more space inside that case then I’d have thought, my main reason for waiting for the ATX version was to watercool but the size of this case is more appealing.

How easy do you think it would be for a relative WC novice to get a full loop going, or would it just not be practical?

Would need to cool a 4790k and a Titan X, not looking for seriously low temps, just cool and relatively quiet.

Im doing similar here: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18664889

It depends how neat and clean you want it to look. You will probably need a few angled fittings here and there.

Its almost the same size as a H440 so easy to watercool :)

I'll be swapping out the PSU in a few weeks, adding the backplate to the 980 and changing the rear fan as it is definitely audible compared to the others too. Absolutely love the case though. Moving forward will be making it look prettier with some colour coordination but for now, here's my spec: -

Phanteks Evolv Gunmetal
i5 4670k
GTX 980 ref
8GB Team Extreem DDR3-2400
Asrock Z87M Extreme 4
Creative XFi Titanium
Asetek 570LXL 240mm Radiator with 2 x Aerocool DS Fans
60GB Corsair SSD (OS)
500GB Crucial SSD (Steam)
4TB Seagate SSHD (Data)
27" Asus ROG Swift
XFX 550w Bronze (Swapping to a SuperFlower Leadex Gold soon)

Looks a nice little case this, quite like the gun metal finish as well.

Been looking for new small case for my Hackintosh as it's current case is way too big (one of my old tower cases).

This could work quite nicely I reckon.

I love my Enthoo Luxe as well which is my main pc case.

Would be good to have 2x Phanteks cases in the same room. :D

Well I ordered a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Micro-ATX Case - Gun Metal

Will be here tomorrow.

Should be a nice case for my hackintosh rig, kinda looks like a new updated mac pro case in gun metal.

Shame this colour is not on offer this week, typical.

:)

Have any dimensions been released for the ATX version?

I'm still umming and erring on whether to get the mATX version (love the compactness and the way 2 reference nvidia metal coolers look in the case, hate the lack of motherboard choice... Asus, give me an X99 deluxe in mATX!!!) or wait for the full ATX version (don't need the space, don't like how empty they look with a single card).

Im running X99 and Dual 980's in mine.

Mobo's are out there. Not had a problem with my EVGA mATX X99 mobo.

Yeah I'd be looking at either the EVGA X99 Micro or the Gigabyte X99 gaming 5, but only cos that's pretty much all there is! Not fond of the gigabyte colour scheme, I LOVE the Asus black and white scheme on the x99 ATX boards but no mATX boards like that. I'm trying to hunt down a z77 s1155 mATX board at the moment, and not having much luck.

From the pictures I've seen the ATX version of this doesn't look that much bigger than the mATX version.

I'm looking to replace the front 200mm fan with 2x140mm but not sure what to go for. I feel with 2x GTX Titans I need something with a little more static pressure performance so I'm not looking at getting the Wingboost 2 PWMs.

The only fan I've found which I think would do a decent job is the Akasa Apache

Thoughts?
