Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV.

I really want this case! too bad my motherboard is ATX. I'm tempted to sell the ATX and get one of those gene motherboards

I have been reading that the internal construction is rather thin and flimsy steel, anyone confirm this.

I still cannot decide on what I want in a case, two SSD, two HDD, possible optic, two GPU, a 280mm AIO, and future water cooling with two 240/280 rads.

But it has to be mico ATX compatable and air cool my current GPU's, two MSI Twin Frozr 7950. With a window that does not get scratched when I pass wind.

To be honest, it's no worse than any other case I've had. With all the exterior panels off there is a degree of flex to the steel when you push on it but I wouldn't call it flimsy.
Mounting an optical drive will restrict your cooling option in the top of the case though.

Got a question guys that use this if i xfire x2 290x's in this would it be better to have 140mm SP fans on the front?

I wouldn't recommend crossfire in a matx case unless you have reference coolers, it's gonna get too hot in there!!

The problem with non reference cards and mATX is the top card is starved of air because you can not space the cards out.

The evolv has enough airflow to support non ref cards, its the mATX spacing that cripples it. Water cooled has no issues.

cheers guys thats why i was thinking of the SP fans on the front to force air on too them.

What do you think to this guys good or not?

In top cooling the CPU - Swiftech H220 or 240X and on the rear exhaust for the gpu - Swiftech MCR140-X Drive?

Would it look ok let alone work ok hehe :)

Looking for more pics of this case, still interested in replacing my Parvum for this :)

Are you with this case still using the 200mm fan at the front of have you changed it to 120/140mm?

Pics please :D

I'll post a pic tonight, I just finished a WC build in one of these and its a very good case to work with.

ps I kept the 200mm in the front and added a 120mm above it too. Some overlap but works fine as they are at different depths.

I saw that EK have 180mm radiator, did you use one of these for the loop? A 200mm would be mint!

About 50 on my GPU and about 65 on my cpu after a couple of hours of gaming, not great but good enough. That's with my CPU @ 4.5 too.

That's the way the case is set up, i.e. push in air from the from the front and take it out the back and top. You could add a 240 on the front too, but you are just pushing warm air in the case then.

Moved my rig into one of these today
