Does OcUK take payment when customer pre-orders or when product is posted? If when when posted no big deal. If when pre-ordered.. well, I won't be doing any pre-ordering. ;)
First for retail sales in UK mate. First in Europe arrived end of last week in Germany. These are probably from the same container ship. First in USA arrived 18/10/2013. Container ships China to USA is 14-18 days.. from China to most anywhere in Europe is 28-35 days. Seems about right time to me.

the honest truth, they sent us some. there was a tiny issue. caseking noticed it. i dont even know what it was.

phanteks did a recall as they werent happy.

they fixed the issue and reshipped.

i would much rather them do that and ship a perfect case rather than have to rectify a potential issue later down the line

thats why there was a delay.

Did pre-orders get posted out today?
 
Still showing as being in the queue at the moment, so doesn't look like everyones would be being shipped today.
The wait isn't so bad for me though, since I'm waiting on other stuff to come out for my build -.- the joy of new!
 
Some cases got shipped today. Some will ship tomorrow

There was a lot of pre orders and they were only booked in late in the day
