Sadly I can't raise mine off the floor as there is barely 2" between the bottom of the desk and the top of the case. I used an old ply wood shelf with my cm690 but using that here shrinks the gap at the top down to 3/4".

I need to get a new desk at some point anyway, so i might try and get something an inch or two taller.
:o I should have looked at the top of pic.
Setter..(I think) has same problem with his desk.

As long as everything is cool (no pun) it's cool (no pun). :D

I just like the way they look with castor base. :D

As the cable placement is similar to the Air 540, how well does it hold up in terms of management? Is it stuffed under the rear plate or do you have custom cables braided seperately for ease? Would like to see the back of some of these if you guys can take shots, cheers.

True, id need to see it in the flesh too. Red and black special edition was the one i wanted. But they still havent appeared yet. Bit of vinyl wrap though and i could do the same with my black one.

It's a nice gold color but....
Phanteks missed the boat not doing the grills gold. All but the top that is.

I prefer what Colin did with his Primo Midas.

Thanks mate, I think that case they have done is not very subtle at all. Its frankly quite garish !

The gold grill in front lower panel is such a nice touch. I have to wonder how the small vent grills around base and front.. and the strip in relief next to led strip would look gold?

right so heres mine after days of fustration. First the terminal bloack i ordered was the wrong one, then my rad started to leak so i had to order another. But after everything i managed to finish it

Ive found the sp's to be very good for intake, moreso if you remove any unused hdd trays. Below are the only shots ive taken of the internals.

Theese were taken prior to adding the extra fans on the hdd cages and another uptop. Ive also put the cables through the grommets and im gonna modify the reservoir bracket to fit past the gpu. Having owned the case for a month or so now, im still extremely impressed. Gave it a quick clean a few days ago and there was very little dust. So the filters seem to be doing a good job.

Every time I look at this case I like it more and more. Hey setter you didn't do watercooling and you bought this case. I'm not really interested in watercooling either. The case is mega huge, but I bet you have no isssues with room. I also love the 5 drive bays. Even though the door swings the wrong way. I guess the door could come off. I really like my Corsair 450D, but it's not the greatest for leaving you with a lot of room. Like I said this case is really growing on me. I would think this might be my next case, or go 180 degrees and go with a open chassis with the In-Win D-Frame Mini which comes out in july I think. The bad thing is it's a mini itx case only, but man I do love the look of that case too. I'll stick with my 450D for a few months and see how I get on.

Has anyone heard anything more about a smaller res bracket being made/provided? I don't personally own this case yet but that sounds like a bit of a no brainer to me to provide one for people with longer GPU's

I was thinking of getting the primo in white but it looks like its out of stock and rest of the places are charging more

I've seen the Black on offer , I'm not sure if I should just get the black or wait hope the white will be on offer soon.
