Ive been hoping they do release a new one. Only one of my gpu's will fit with the current res bracket. The bottom card in my sli setup is the slightly shorter rev2 wf 780. Other is the longer rev1 which hits the bracket.

Shame as it is a great case. But I agree it is rather heavy to move about. Fitting a castor base is a no go as mine barely fits under my desk. I've thought about putting it on the desk but I'm scared that it may collapse it.

I know as I loved the case :(, If you ever get a bigger desk Ive got a 6 wheeled castor that was made for me by Doyll its only just over 1.5 inches in height

I believe that extra 1.5" helps a bit with air intake too? If my desk could hold it id put it up on it with a few larger feet to raise it a bit. But at over 20kg on a desk that already has a 32" tv and a 24" monitor on it, I might be taking a risk.

The 1.5" did help with temperatures as I had two of the 140mm fans fitted at the bottom, The case alone is 20kg so with all the bits inside its probably 25kg or more LOL I would not risk it

I was thinking of getting a couple of prop poles used for supporting kitchen worktops and putting them below the desk. That or a small set of drawers that will slide under, though id likely have to put a few bits of wood between the top of the drawers and the underside of the desk. Tbh the extra storage would be useful too for all the clutter of movies and games currently occupying the part of the desk where the case would sit.

That would work you could also buy metal legs from Ikea that you twist up or down to get the desired height

I am loving the Primo, though a couple of gripes. The front panel dust filter is very fragile, basically the latches are quite poor quality and it is really hard to push in and out, unlike my old 650d. Also the smoked window panel is a bit annoying that does not show all my watercooling how it was intended, but that is solved by some nice, bright white LED's, which I will come round to at some point. Anyway might as well show it off in here, as it has been shown everywhere else!! :D

Just got this case as well , I'm having trouble with the xspc 170 res/pump combo for a place to fit it!!

I have xspc 780 water block and because of the length of it I can't fit the res on the res plate with out it touching gpu or the 5.25 drive bay,the only way I could fit it comfortable is if I was to remove the drive bay or dremmel it,which I don't fancy doing !!

I was set in this cas for my build but after a few months of thinking on it ive now decided to go with the pro or luxe as they are 10cm smaller lol. Still a lot bigger than what I have.

Awesome case!
I modded mine slightly, could not stand that stupid metal sheet side panel in the front so replaced it with an aluminium profile.

Will have to agree about the dust filter latches in the front, mine broke almost immediately :(

Looks very nice. Where did you get the aluminium piece? Would love more details of how you did it.

The latches are now available from auction site. Number: 151556477827

Its pretty much a "u"-shape I found at a hardware store which I cut to the correct length, below is another picture with it unpainted, should clarify it a bit I hope.
The part I attached to the "floor" of the 5.25 drive bay area is cut from a 1.5mm aluminium sheet. Its not super nice and straight since I had to form fit it by hand, but black paint covers a lot. And that area is covered by the side panel anyways, so only visible when the case is open.

The aluminium profile is the top shape in the picture below with the "cavity" toward the front of the case:
