PHANTEKS EVOLV X & P600S

Sadly I think I need one, I have the OG plastic window Evolv and this just looks awesome enough to tempt me to swap - I had thought the original would last me longer! Will be interesting to find out how much depth of radiator can be snuck into the top... don't suppose you can comment on that Chug?

On the plus side, at least I have some cash going spare since the Nvidia announcement lol.

As an aside, I would have liked to see the dust filter made from the same fabric type mesh material as they showed off on the new eclipse. I do get a little more dust inside my case than I would like and the dust filter doesn't look that great... probably not a hard job to mod but would have saved a job.

What fans etc are people going for in this( size, brand etc) I don't use water-cooling and wondering how the experts are going to config.

Personally these phanteks items (case rgb, led strips and halos etc) all sync with Asus aura sync or other motherboards lighting. You can daisy chain LED strips, the halos (fan mounts that give any fan rgb with the newer digital ones being addressable) and also sync rgb cpu water blocks and gpu blocks etc, these are all now digital and run off of your motherboards 5v digital addressable header and phanteks sell the cables to connect and sync case and all accessories to your board... if you don't like addressable then they also sell the cables and accessories to connect an array of standard rgb items to your standard 12v motherboards rgb header also.

It will look amazing to have the proper phanteks 120 or 240mm white bladed fans with the digital halos, not only do the halos allow you to turn any fan into rgb but with the specific white bladed fans the colours really do pop...

If you look into phanteks water cooling and their rgb stuff, you can really imagine a whole phanteks water cooled system inside this case with all the halos over the phanteks white bladed fans and over your rads etc, both cpu and gpu water blocks and all syncing in harmony to say asus aura sync. (along with compatible rgb ram of course lol)...

A lot of people hate rgb but I personally love it if it's done right.
