I was once in the Rolls-Royce dealership on Berkeley Square and started chatting with someone who had come in to pay for a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe. He was dropped off by his driver in the Phantom. He really enthused about the drive of the Phantom and said that wherever possible he'll drive it rather than be chauffeured!
I think you will find thats the angle of dangle from the photo,look at the mat/foot area its huge thats before your feet even creep under the seats. I'm utterly confident its hugely airy back there despite never having seen one in the flesh or indeed sat in one.

I just about managed it in a long ass 3.5T Transit and it was a bloody tight squeeze, I'd hate to attempt it in a Phantom! I guess having the cameras would help here however...
Indeed you can. However, I feel the more 'boutique' miniamlist opulence in the Rolls-Royce is a more contemporary choice than the attempt Bentley have made to mimic your Grandad's smoking room. As someone who is a self-confessed fan of large amounts of wood, I feel that the Mulsanne interior is just overdoing it a bit.Indeed, and it is not a handsome wheel. Very odd proportions and a BlackBerry-esque clicker wheel doing it no favours.
Some Lads hired a RR Phantom for a wedding. They were doing 90 over some speed bumps which are not too harsh, the kind of slope ones' and there exact words apparently where "check this, you can't even feel it."
