Phillip Schofield comes out as gay

My mum is elderly now and her church group apparently had a scientific discussion about homosexuality and decided that people are gay because they drink too much tap water! It's full of lady hormones don't you know.Seriously I kid you not! This is the crap some people believe.

Homosexuality isn't unnatural etc and never has been we've just been conditioned to believe it was by bigoted people from the church way back when.

As for Philip Schofield who cares if he's gay or not with the exception of his wife perhaps, all I know is the guy is a colossal ******* piece of **** in my opinion.
 
I think when people talk about homosexuality they get it confused with a fetish. I'd say a fetish is something we pick up along the way in life. But when I was born I was naturally attracted to the female population.

I have a cousin who didn't 'come out' until his early 20s. But I remember when we were about 14 or 15 he'd got this music magazine from a friend of his at school and the friend had stuck a naked picture of a woman in the pages. It was the first time I'd seen a naked woman and was like "wow, cool". My cousin felt physically sick. It was that much of a traumatic event for him that I was asked to leave with his parents saying he was feeling unwell.

Getting back OT. There is a lot about this Schofield situation that hasn't come out in the full media. I learned about this background stuff from my gay cousin. He posted a video that someone had made. It seems Schofield was a bit of a t**t to this kid when he ended it. It caused a very bad atmosphere on the This Morning set, so much so that Ruth made an official complaint to the bosses. It's being said Schofield has been dating the guy for many years secretly. A lot of the gay community who know the full story are condemning Schofield.
 
So now he's said he knew he was gay when he got married. Feel quite sorry for his wife now TBH.
How long will it be before he's off with a young guy leaving her to pick up the pieces.

If homosexuality was natural and everyone was the human species would die out.

I guess you are also saying pedophiles are natural as well and not a mental illness?

It's natural, but a "defect". OFC you can't call it that though. But it doesn't make someone any less of a person and they don't have a choice in the matter.

Am I woke or am I just someone who's had the good fortune of knowing some people who've been through this stuff and seen how it's affected them.

Wow what a thoroughly stupid and offensive comment to make! You only have to look through history to see how rampant homosexuality truly is and you didn't see the Roman's or the Greeks die out through lack of breeding. You can't control what gender you're attracted to even if you're suggesting that conversion therapy is a good thing.

While paedophiles may have a compulsion the fact is what they do is rape and abuse and in no way can be consensual and having to explain the difference between the two to you is truly shocking.

A pedophile cannot control the fact he/she is attracted to children though and is seen as a mental illness because we as a society see it as wrong.

A homosexual cannot control the fact he/she is attracted to the same sex but we as a society now see it as normal.

I am not trying to be offensive but just pointing out how the two are viewed.
