People spend stupid money on loads of things I think are silly, but this is something I use almost every day and for long periods every day too. If I think something is worthwhile and I'll use it a lot, I have no qualms about throwing money at it. Car, chair, software etc. But at the same time, and taking this right off topic, I see no point in buying, say, an 8800GTX (or two of them) when I'm happy with a GTS.

I agree, and it is a ncie chair, and using it every day it makes sence (think people would slap you for sitting on a £20 chair infront of a 3K desk! But still, when you bought it, you must have at some point (before using it) just thought to yourself "Ive just spent £650 on a chair..."

Oh for sure, yes I spent hours researching, especially given that my original budget was about £150 - £200. I posted on these forums and read a few other places, people kept recommending it so I knew I'd only regret it if I bought anything less! Afterwards I still looked at it a few times and wondered why I put that amount of money into it but I'm over that now obviously.

Well thank you for the comments , hopefully at some point soon i will have wireless keyboard, mouse & wifi card just to make it even more wireless. I'm not obsessed, honestly

My new desk, arrived today. Before I got this my PC was setup on the floor lol, had to sit on my bed with keyboard on my knees to use it haha.

Dunno how long it will stay tidy like this mind you .
