PICK-POCKETS

An idiot tried to pickpocket me when I was on holiday in Florida. Suffice to say I caught him and broke his jaw before the Police appeared. The coppers thanked me for being so lenient and advised said idiot (from London BTW) that he was lucky not to have tried to pickpocket a local as they would have probably shot him. No charges for me and pickpocket led off to jail, if only our Police had the same approach.

A guy once tried to get into the bag of an ex of mine he'd have got away with it had I not moved to let someone pass by me - luckily he realised that carrying on with me having spotted him was a bad idea.

where can i buy some kind of chain that will attach to my existing wallet to clip to my belt?

Most skate/snowboard shops will sell something suitable or head down your local DIY store and make your own up. Bit unnecessary unless you are frequently upside down or otherwise in positions where losing your wallet becomes a possibility but your choice.

hmmm, what a dilemma - leave it or appease my paranoia and look like a skater fool

A friend of mine used to work in a market where one of the old geezers working there had his jacket pockets lined with fish hooks to catch pick-pockets :D

Right arse pocket for me! I hate the hassle of getting it out of the front pockets! Its usually change + keys in the front pocket, phone in the other(so it doesnt get all scratched) and notes + cards in my wallet in my arse pocket. If im wearing a jacket its on the inside pocket aswell.

Never had any hassle apart from junkies wanting 70p! Just be straight and get them told!

Always front pocket for me, i also have set stuff in certain pockets so i know if anything goes.

Nearly got pick pocketed in Barcelona by some fake cops after me and my mate got a trani in from Nice which took 14 hours. Got in at 9 and were shattered and wanted some food, then these guys just came up to us and flashed badges and crowded us trying to touch my mates pokcets and stuff.

We though screw this and just told them where to go and walked off.
