My RHA MA350s and Fiio E5 is quite exciting. The bass when listening to the prodigy is almost unbearable.

I'm looking too for a closed back pair for work - something half discrete that could be used on bus etc as well if needed - my best bet so far seems the PX200-II - but I did consider the AKG450 - but after the above commnets less so this latter one

those AKGs look smart though

ES7s the other option

thats what i thought but take a look at the Sennheiser HD238

they are tons more comfy than those akg and sound more nartural and spacious.

I was pretty pleased with my HD228s which once modded (remove the sponge thing inside the ear-cups) sounded pretty good to me - as good as my PX100s but Closed Back

fancy a change though

perhaps we should go over to a dedicated thread as I'm interested in peoples further opinions but we're going way ooof topic ..

the ES55s I looked at too - some mixed opinions on Headfi (which I trust) some loved it - others hated it
