Yeah... bottom floor would be my last choice... any floor but top is a nightmare for me, I hate having people walking over my head.
Most new builds you can't hear most things, at least. Haven't had to have someone over my head in ~4 years now

For some reference, my 3 bed semi just inside the M25 cost £218,000 a couple of years ago and is maybe worth £250,000 right now, and my brothers 3 bed mid terrace is costing him £235,000 in Mitcham. £305,000 for all that just seems crazy!
Now if it only wasn't for the poisonous snakes, spiders, wild crocs and kangeroos that push people down wells...

Apart from a few Golden Orb Weaver spiders that we have seen when viewing display homes, we have only seen anything on that list in the zoo! Oh though I have seen a snake in work, a ranger brought in a Olive Python to show me
