That gets you a single garage in london, with a window but no side door as it is in a row of garages. But you get garage door, that is included.
This lot is costing us $180k for the land, and $240k for the house (very upsecced). Add in $30-$40k for the pool. Not that hot on what that gets you in the UK at the moment. That works out to around 305k ukp at current exchange rates.
