John Kirkwood is a retired Chef from the North East who puts up some very good recipes from pies and pasties to breads and cakes. His recipes are really easy to follow and he even goes through the process of making pastry really easily using a food processor. No messing. I've tried quite a few of his pies from Chicken Curry, Cheese and Onion and even the Corned Beef and Potato. All really, really nice.
