Was reading an article today which had a link in it to a video of a guy using some cheats (aimbot/wallhack). Sometimes I despair of people. I will never understand why some people feel the need to do it. I dont think I've seen anything in the beta which makes me think anyone was using one thankfully but its a depressing thought that no matter the online game someone always gets hold of a cheat for it. What a god awful generation of people we have created.

Had beta since day one, not been able to get it to work, even though I contacted the devs and know one of them fairly well through being a co-moderator on a Twitch channel... still not working and it seems to be a known issue.
Puts me off buying it but I do really like A3 BR and want to get into it.

my only moan about this game is the final circle i would like to see its size increase slightly, i think it would make better for the final battles

This really is an excellent game. Pretty demanding on hardware, but fantastic concept
Whats the download size on this? I'm asking because I won't be able to purchase until Thursday PM and my internet isn't great so the download could wipe out any potential play time
The beta was around 9 gigs. I don't think I've ever had as many jump scares playing a video game, that includes horrors.

The website states 30gb but as bazzatron has said the betas have been around 9 gig , hopefully this just means that there is a lot more in the pipeline to add to this game .

Any news on if they are fixing the foliage issue?
It's currently an advantage to put foliage on low settings, as you can see people easier. I don't think it should be like that as it ruins the game when everyone has to be on low settings to be competitive.

Like i said looks the same as BR for Arma 3 to me, thats a good thing thou.
I would say its better purely because the guy behind the BR mod now has it as his own fully fledged title, replete with all the development and continued expanding that a full title has over a mod.
I'd say it looks much more like H1Z1 koth than A3:BR (yes i'm aware he's behind both)
