PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

Had a other good game, my 3 crap teammates died right at the beginning by dropping in the Prison with two other teams while I dropped close by in one of the small housing complexes by myself.

Survived to the last circle, got 1 kill and came 2nd in a squad game. :D I might had won, but I only had a UMP, used all my M16A4 ammo on my first kill.

So even if you alone, keep fighting!

That said, am getting tired of joining randoms who never speak or joining teams who speak in a dozen languages, need to see if I can join some of my mates.

Had a good game on my first jaunt of the foggy map type on Saturday. Finished 4th with 5 or 6 kills. Best one being prone outside a house waiting on a guy to come out. Heard a jeep roaring up beside me, nearly ran me over and stopped right beside me. Guy got out and stood there, must have been 4 ft from me but didn't see me. I was so surprised I watched him for a few second then gunned him down with AKM. I'm sure he crapped himself, I would have.

I just don't have the patience for this solo, in a duo or squad I can happily talk to pass the time when I'm in the circle, solo if I'm in a circle I can't just sit in a building or lie down in a bush, it just bores me to tears, I have to be either out wondering or looting.

Needless to say I'm crap!

That being said I seem to spend more time chasing the dam circle than I do being in it

Heh, then be more aggressive at the end if you find the camping aspect boring at the end.

Also, try spawning into the middle more, less likely to have to run five miles across the map then.

Got the game the other day , played it a few times and like it. Can anyone recommend the best key binds to use on a gaming mouse?

I use a razer naga molten.
So many buttons!

If I had yours, I'd get one as a momentary DPI-reduction button, and the rest as meds. There are keyboard binds for those meds but I think they'd work better on the mouse. Then bind one to crouch jumping too, if you can, but that will involve a macro as they've removed double-binds from the UI.

How do i sort the crouch jump? Been watching a few vids on pubg on youtube and heard people talking about it.

Tryed to make a macro by pressing crouch then jump but it didnt work in the game :/

I am not the one to ask about macros as I've never looked into it, but I'm sure there are guides around for it.
Until recently you could just bind crouch+jump to the same key, but no longer. So either get good with pressing the keys for both simultaneously, or sort the macro.

Until last weekend I was playing this because my friends were playing it, very rarely did I do solo as I didn't enjoy it that much.
However, I spent most of Saturday and Sunday doing Solo and Duos and prefer it to the full squad.
That fact that you don't have to worry about another person being there to revive you opponent is a plus.
Averaged about 3 kills a game and end up top 20 or so(not that big of an achievement but still :p)

Hmm never thought about the Med key binds actually, need to look into that.

As for jumping, I just jump then press crouch in the air, never had a problem really unless I didn't have enough running speed.

They're automatically assigned to some of the number keys (not num pad) and the idea is you can press those faster than going in to your inventory and selecting the one you want to use. I don't use them, but probably should.

Aye, just need to actually look at them :D

9/10 I'm shot and killed before I can even begin to think about patching myself up.

I have a G600 which has a set of 12 along the side and use arrow keys. My binds from memory are:

Row 1: Use, holster weapons, free look, discord or in game chat
Row 2: Sprint, Walk, prone, switch weapon mode
Row 3: Weapon 1, Weapon 2, Handgun, Nade

Use mouse wheel right and left click to toggle lean, 3rd button to hold breath.
