PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

Solo FPP rank doesn't mean much tbh. I've only won 4 games and I got rank 2000 or so without even trying, and I don't consider myself very good at PUBG. It's gone up since I've had a string of bad games - rank fluctuates a lot anyway. I think solo FPP probably has the fewest players of all modes so it's not very competitive.

I'd say the exact opposite. Eliminate all 3rd person, that is noob town. And duo's and squads your team can help carry you. Solo-FPP is all on you. And no, Solo-FPP having less players doesn't mean it is "not very competitive". Top players play Solo-FPP all the time.

Anyway, time to go back to playing with my SCAR in real life. I'll have to shoot a message to blue-hole that their SCAR recoil needs a bit of work!

i've played all modes and squads is by far the hardest. first off all in solo mode all you get is kills no knockdowns. no need to worry about a second, third or fourth player shooting at you. it's one on one whereas in squads you can get 4 v 1 or 1 v 4. you also need to worry about revives, etc too.

also in squads if you get pinched in between 2 squads you are going to get mullered. inbetween 2 solo players you can kill one then hide behind a tree for the other.

you clearly don't know this game very well. solo play is basically easy mode. you only need to worry about 1 player at a time.
 
Laff, just as much as 3-4 people are shooting at you you are attacking others 3-4 on 1, so it is a wash. Nothing special about that. In my quake tournament days I used to play 1 vs entire teams as there is tons of targets to shoot at and I would destroy them. What you are doing is nothing special sorry to say.

Ya, in Solo-FPP you "only need to worry about 1 player at a time". And I'm the one who doesn't know this game very well. :rolleyes:

First sentence does not make sense, if 3-4 are shooting at you, the odds are 3-4 against 3-4, not 1 as you said.
You must have been drinking I guess, "get back playing with my SCAR in real life." and you vs entire teams in your Quake tournament days. :D Hahahahah!

Obviously your reading comprehension needs work. It was obvious that I was stating sometimes it is 3-4 of your squad vs 1 opponent, or 3-4 of the enemy squad versus just you. So it is a wash. Doesn't make squads any more or less difficult than other game types. In fact, since you can ride on your teammates, you can actually be worse in squads. Solo-FPP, everything is on you.

I fight 3+ people at a time routinely in Solo-FPP. It is called SPEED, VIOLENCE AND MOMENTUM.

What is so funny about me playing with my SCAR in real life? You do realize I am an American eh, we love our guns. To bad you guys over there have to stick to playing with virtual ones...

Hey, we have real guns over here too, they just don't hand them out to every nutter who wants one (but I'm hopeful!) :P

I've had a bit of lag over the last couple of days too, doors can be a right pita.

Ya doors are the bane of my existence in this game.

As for guns, I'm in the military so we get proper training etc. I DO think that in the US we should crack down on criminals and mental patients from getting guns. Or these stupid gun shows that allows no background check due to a loophole in the law.
