Been following Jackfrags playing this last couple of weeks, is there any reasons not to buy it, looks pritty good.

As long as you are happy paying for what it is at the time of purchase and not what the developers promise will happen in the future then go ahead.

This seems to be the battle royale game that most people will be focusing on, 5hizzle the streamer seems to think so anyway and he's played a lot of them.
Don't think I'll buy in yet as this genre seems to move from game to game every few months.

From what i gather having -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4 in your launch options should help a lot, be advised though that x4/8 scopes will have a bug with sm4 due to a glare technique needs to be ironed out.

PLAYERUNKNOWN was then brought in by Sony to advise the devs on the king of the kill mode for H1Z1
Now hes made his own game.
These really are the only ones of the BR-genre that have got somewhere.
There's a good few years in between the above and I can't think of any other Battle Royale games that have had the success and numbers of the above.
But likewise, I won't be playing on release as I know they'll have issues with overpopulation unfortunately.
I had to preorder to get a beta key, so I've already bought in but absolutely not regretting a penny of it. This game has, by far, been the most fun I have had in a game to date this year. Even in beta I am having more fun with it than many seasoned released games. Cannot wait til release and additional maps and modes (would love to see a night mode with night-vision googles). Depending upon what else comes in the remainder of the year, this could well end up being my 2017 game of the year.

Please do will be good to know in the interest of knowledge ( i don't own the game and haven't tried it however it is on my watch list ) i simply found this researching upon reading your performance comment
.Yup I won't be using the -sm4 either, using scopes is a massive advantage for medium/long range engagements in this.
One thing, which I desperately want them to change is the camera view, it just doesn't look right at all being zoomed so far in, much prefer it to be further back so that you can see your whole body.

managed to ninja a key for this last night, had 3 games got down to the last 20 on my first game and murdered within 1 min on the other 2, its fun and for an early release it runs pretty well.
Had to drive the wife off but shes out tonight with her friends for a girly night so I may have found what i'll be doing later.

Just tried them settings First run without Lobby area I ran away from all the people to try and rule out any players messing with the results.
I got 47fps on each setting
