Depends on the games the quality of effect you may get and what hardware/models you go for...

Generally you will feel engine revs, kerbs, bumps in the road.
It just adds to the immersion.

you mentionned a friend of yours had a gameracer. is that the elite model?

i am hesitating between a gameracer elite and gamepod gt2.

i am leaning for the gameracer since it seems to be more adjustable than the gamepod (wheel angle can tilt, pedal is angled and not flat, gear shift can be side mounted to seat which would feel more natural than next to steering wheel on gamepod). my question is the gameracer elite stable or do gear shift and wheel suffer from wobble? also can you mount fanatec GT3rs wheel and clubsport without modding? are there any other niggles like squeeking noise you had with playseat evo?

can't find any reviews on this so asking for your advice

Don't hold your breath on an answer from him, he said he wouldn't be posting here again after getting the hump with folk in the GT5 thread.

Take the hump, well perhaps yes I got fed up with the abuse,taunting and the way some members on here behave continuously towards others.

Those guys still do a good enough job of arguing without me and tbh I feel all the better not getting involved any further.

Regards my own build it will be sorted in first qtr 2011.
More hardware and changes were needed.

Lunarwolf, think I've seen you went for GT2 on ISR.
Well done you ended up with a nice rig.
