it doesn't appear in 'instant game collection'. Just search for it manually and it's free.

Yes, two for each platform now.

Just added both PS4 games from the webstore, had to search for them individually though.

Pixeljunk shooters is cross buy so you get that one for ps4, ps3 and vita... get in

I've tried a few games in 3D and most of them aren't anything special but I still say that batman AC is the best 3D PS3 game I've played by a mile. The effect just really suits the skyline setting. It was on PS+ a while ago.
