Playstation Plus

Probably a daft question... My PS3 is all boxed up and I just have my PS4 plugged in at the moment (with PS+ on it). I assume I can just fire up the PS3 every month and still d/l PS3 stuff?

Quite fancy Batman.

Been tempted with both rainbow moon and spelunky recently for the vita so happy to see them.

Will get the ps4 games but only driveclub looks like it will get much play time

And both PS3 selections look good, batman AA is the best game in the series IMO and an old school beat em up is always good fun

All round good month for me :)

PS+ games are looking good this month.

Looking forward to trying out DriveClub. Apparently you get 10 cars and 5 tracks (with 11 variations across them)

Also, heard good things about Spelunky and Dust and not to mention a bit of "retro" gaming with Batman ;)

Not too bad :)
Dust is fantastic, shame its PS4 :( (on ye olde ps3 here :p)

Those games leaving PS+ are they still available for me to DL as long as I've "purchased" them?

According to the Store you can pre purchase a full upgrade ready for 10th October.

So my guess is the PS Plus edition is out on 8th, giving people 2 days to decide whether to upgrade or not.

If you pre-order on PSN you get access on the 8th, everyone else on the 10th.

Read what he said, it's an extra. Doesn't count as one of the two monthly games.

Can't see them throwing a "big" game in this month, expecting another couple indies.

So you have to choose it as one of the games? Doesn't seem so bad... unless I'm misunderstanding it (possible)?

Every month you now get 2 ps4, 2 ps3 and 2 vita games, with some being cross buy, but still 2 different games per platform. The PS+ version of drive club isn't one of those 2 ps4 games, consider it a third, aka extra.

Oh, so surely that's even better then? Three games for the usual two?

And? It's still a good tryout for the game. They spent a lot of (delayed) time developing it, you cant expect realistically anything more than a limited game in that respect, especially upon release.

I wasn't knocking the offering. Just stating it's probably more like 2.25 games rather than 3. ;)

It's nice to have the option of testing it first.
