If you were a subscriber at the time and went through checkout with said item, yes. But you can't join now and get the games that were offered in January, for example.

if you go into your account settings and then transaction history it will be in your download list and you should be able to download it from there

Where is the cheapest place for ps+ at the min. Mine ran out the other day but don't wanna pay full price if its cheaper else where as money is stupidly tight at the min so the money I save on games by using ps+ is awesome.
