Looking forward to Hitman, really glad I didn't buy it in the steam sale for pc a few weeks ago.

It's nice to see an adult-themed Japanese game instead of these stupid namby-pamby theme they generally have with juvenile brats.

It makes for a welcome change yeah, for once it's not high schoolers saving the world. One of the many other things I loved about Catherine was all the references to Atlus' previous games (most notably the Shin Megami Tensei series) and how Vincent even had Persona books on his shelf :p

How long to the games last under PSPlus? Once you download them, do they expire at the end of the month, or can you keep them as long as you're a PSPlus subscriber? I'm considering signing up for 90 days for Hitman, but probably wouldn't complete it within a month...

EDIT: Lol, think this has just been answered above! So even though these are deals for May, they aren't time restricted in any way?

You don't necessarily have to download them immediately either, as long as you start then download then cancel it, they'll be added to your account and you'll be able to access them in future even after they've been dropped out from PS+.

I forgot to cancel my PS + sub and renewed. My own fault, didn't realise it was still set to auto renew. I'll grab some of those games, not played any of them, so that'll sweeten the pill for forking out for something I didn't intend to pay for lol

How long can you keep the PS+ games on your HDD for?

You do need to be signed into PSN for them to work as well as be a PS+ sub, I found out the other day, if the PS3 isn't connected to PSN the games won't work, it says they are expired even though I'm signed up for PS+

It does a check each time you launch any PS+ game which I didn't know.

If you start to re-download them and then cancel the download, it will reset the expiry dates on the games.

If you're subscribing for 90 days then the expiry date of the game is set at 90 days from the purchase of the PS+ subscription. You can pause the download and come back to it within those 90 days.

Cool, makes sense - so the only limit on the amount of time you can keep games for is the length of your subscription.

Started Okami tonight. Really beautiful game and very addictive! Only criticism would be the amount text you have to scroll through to start the game. I appreciate its telling you the story etc, but I must've sat there for a good 10 minutes and I wanted the thing to hurry up so I could start the game :(
