Can anyone explain how to use Near for gift items in games. I dont seem to get many items and when I do Im not sure how to use them lol. The explanations on the online manual are rubbish at best.

Also I need more Vita mates so hit me up and when I get Unit 13 we can play some co-op :)

I am addicted to xbox 360 achievements and even though I had a PS3 I never cared about trophies until the Vita lol. Seeing that notification and the bing is starting to get me going haha. Already 100% Stardust Delta and the tutorial you get on the Vita and Im really scouring levels on Uncharted :) Its great I finally have love for Sony again haha

Anyway add me and lets play some kick ass games :)

just been looking at the bundles in gamestation
350 for 3G + 8gb card + uncharted, is that not wayy overpriced ??

anyway, saw a sign in gamestation saying 'Trade in your vita for £10 less than you paid for it within 2 weeks' or something to that effect

didn't have time to go in the shop so not sure of the details, anyone else seen this ?

More profitable? Quite probable; with the casual gaming storm on apple devices. However, I've yet to see a game 3D shooting game that controls well on an iOS device. The real games are on Vita (hence why I bought it), and the cruddy casual games are on iOS devices.

I have an iPhone 4, and I've not used it to game in a long time. Temple Run and the like is fun for the 'I'm having a poo and not much else to do' games, but beyond that....

Still not sure why iOS lovers feel the need to tell everyone how great iOS devices are. They also seem unable to have a discussion on the benefits of any other device (I include Android tablets too here). "iPad/phone is better because it is."

That aside, loving Uncharted, seem some talk of bend being a 'B' dev, but they have done a great job, apart from the charcoal rubbings. I do hope more games dont just use the touchscreen because it is there, however it can be forgiven as a launch title and showcase.

That's not all he said. Check out his last sentence.

So in other words, we will make games for it if we see a market to sell our games. Do they make games for 3ds?

Not seen that offer but I managed to end up with 2 vitas on launch so I sold one to gamestation for 210 cash. Women gave me a funny look when I opened a bag that had 3 brand new vitas in (my 2 and my brothers) she went to the manager to ask if she could accept it lol. This was a WiFi version btw.
On a better note I got a 16gig card for 99p from game station. Traded in uncharted after finishing it and my 8 gig card which totalled 44quid so only had to pay 99p which that took off my elite card.

Anyone whos getting Unit 13 tomorrow send me a friend request. More the merrier :)

On a side note does anyone else feel this thread has gotten too large for use. We need a new Vita thread and one that doesnt continually discuss apple products for comparisons just a thread for insights, help, guidance and pure Vita chat. This one isnt very "new to the Vita" friendly anymore lol

To FakeSnake it depends on what your like but great Vita games so far include Uncharted, Wipeout and Stardust Delta IMO :)
