it was fine last night when I edited my details.

Just checked now it was only showing from 41 but left it for a few mins and it started to show all of the numbers

I fixed it. Someone had used one of the filters which seemed to not actually work like I would have expected them to and so half the list vanished.

Still not had my Vodafone Wipeout code... called them at the weekend - apparently they want to get in touch with Sony to get a code...

That's mental. have you received any codes or messages to the Vita at all?

The OCUK Vita chart based on 39 respondants out of 72 known owners. Using only those who have entered any data in for games OCUK is running at an attach rate of about 4.8 games per person at the moment.

It's always been like that, quite how hard drives and memory are still allowed to be sold like that I don't know.

Yeah I have, but I would've expected at the price for them to advertise 16GB as 16GB. Its been a while since I bought memory. There should be a standard for advertising memory.

There should be a standard and I really am amazed that there isn't one yet. The problem Is that a 500GB hard drive sounds much better then an 455GB hard drive. The only way for manufacturers to make "pretty" numbers would be to increase what is on each platter.

They should at least have a mandatory "is xxGB once formatted" disclaimer on everything.

Row 38 was mehuk but im also row 71 iirc, so I got rid of 38 as it didnt list my game.

At this stage my next purchase will be Mutant Blobs. Getting a lot of great reviews and user comments. Not just yet though, still not played 5 of my 7 lol.

Kreeeee, I've added an extra column on the far left to calculate who has entered game info and who hasn't, it's hidden though so that the formula doesn't get mucked up by accident..

I've also added a data sheet which is showing how many games have been bought, how many people have entered details, attach rate, as well as a chart of what games are most popular and percentages. Also a hidden sheet since I can't lock it.

Also, if they want the PS3 version they have to pay £9.99 So to get both cost us £4.79 and them $9.99.

With 4 player split screen I'm glad I've got both.

Ninja Gaiden added. I'll add the other 11 or so games. Wish Google Docs would put in a text orientation thing. Would make things much neater.

EDIT: Added the remaining games. Now all 30 are on that sheet and there are a couple of spare columns when a new game comes out.

Now to update the Data Table formula.

You shouldn't need to. When your Vita connects to the web it is uploading your stats to the server. When you play on the PS3 it should download that same data so that your games in in sync.

For the psn list, it's going to get messy so maybe we should only include multi player games or at least not include games no one has.

I'll go through tomorrow and sort them into games with any multiplayer component and games without. Also into alphabetical in those sub groups.

I added all of the games that are out but I can remove or at least hide any games which nobody owns.

Finished one chapter on the way home from work with 5 rubbings and jades and some other bits and then saw that there were 6 jades in that chapter. Annoying doesn't cut it!

EDIT: Just saw this on NeoGAF about GTA: Vice City Stories.

Wow, Vice City Stories damn near doubles its framerate on Vita. Its 60fps a lot of the time which is incredible considering it struggled to hold 30 on my PSP Go. The analog stick really helps with the controls as well. Well worth picking up considering its on sale in Europe atm.

I may just be tempted to get LCS after witnessing this.

Can you switch the music off on psn store ? Its starting to grate on me now

If you hold down the + and - volume buttons for a second it mutes the sound. Might be handy

Uncharted is such a good game. I'm on chapter 31 or 32 atm, love it so much i dont want it to end. I'm going to get the 3 for ps3 straight away once i finish it. I don't really enjoy the shooting so much, just the running around exploring and climbing places

If you prefer the exploration side then Uncharted 1 is probably the closest experience to Golden Abyss. 2 and 3 are more about the shooting and the action but still excellent games.

None of them feature the motion aiming like GA does though which frankly I'm going to miss when I play a different shooter. It's been a godsend to me and means I've enjoyed shooting people on a console game for the first time ever.

I hate it as I mostly play on trains and planes (it is a portable console so this is going to be the main places it is used) and fire those places it's useless.

I've not had a problem standing on the packed train playing it, but I have cranked the sensitivity to 100. I still use the right stick to get in the general area and then just make tiny movements to get the kill.

I just found it didn't move fast enough on the default setting.

I was going to buy a Vita but after reading and watching many reviews about it I've decided to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note instead. The deal breaker for me was the fact Sony are charging £35 for 8GB of memory on top of the £200 for the console. A total rip off in my eyes and proof that Sony isn't moving with times. If a Vita with at least 8GB of ram was £200 or below I would have brought one.

A rip off in what way exactly? A smartphone with quad core GPU/CPU and a similar screen will set you back £500. Trust me, the requisite parts to make a phone do not cost an extra £50 let alone £250.

The other option would have been to have the console at £250-£300+ and have 8GB included which would mean less people buy it and you still wouldn't get one.

The fact that you can get a WiFi + 8GB + Rayman/Fifa/Lumines/Virtua Tennis for £235 I think is pretty good going. On launch day it was £10 cheaper too.

Sorry 8gb of storage. And yes they are comparable as they are both portable entertainment devices.

The Vita is an out and out rip off. Come on £35 for 8gb of ram? Is there any reason why Sony couldn't have used Micro SD? I predict they'll get a massive price cut in a few months because they haven't been selling very well.

Sony claim that the memory is proprietary for piracy reasons though I don't doubt there is a financial incentive also. With the cards not being usable in your PC people cannot easily load unwanted software onto them which might contribute to piracy being started on the device.

Are you predicting the price cut because of what Nintendo did with the 3DS? Nintendo had $8b in the bank and were turning a profit on hardware so had room to make a price drop. Sony dont have the money or the wiggle room on the hardware. A price can might happen, but historically Sony have been very stubborn when it comes to prices of their kit.

It will still get hacked eventualy though.

And if Sony have been as clever with the Vita as they have with the PS3 then they'll lock it straight back down again even after the hacker community claimed that there was no way of putting the bunny back in the box.

Ps3 was blown wide open years ago.

And slammed shut again if I recall. I've not kept close tabs on it but I don't think there is a hack for any firmware beyond 3.55. We are currently on 4.11 and there is no way of going back. It's no where near as wide a problem for Sony as it has been on the PS1, 2, PSP, Xbox, 360, Wii, DS.

Unit 13 is out on the US store today, still no news on whether it's out in the UK on Wednesday or Friday. Seems to be on Amazon France/Italy/ for Wednesday, Germany, UK for Friday.

Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 is also out in the US today.

Thought MLB and unit 13 would come in our usual wednesdy store update and in the tuesday US update, may be wrong! Igns reviews for both are going live tday somewhen!

There has been absolutely no mention of MLB coming out in Europe. Apparently they never do so I'm not expecting it here.

Unit 13 I've asked the EU blog about but not got a reply. They've said several times that it's out on Wednesday and that ties in with the usual store update but all the UK retailers say it's Friday.

I wonder if it will be Wednesday for Digital and Friday for Retail.

No it's locked to the PSN account that you bought it with. I did mention that when you were talking about getting MLB. All games bought on the Vita are locked to the account you buy them with. They stopped allowing people to share as it was getting abused.

Swapping between US and UK accounts is going to take you about 2 minutes as you need to do a factory reset. You don't need to format the card though.

Only problem seems to be that the online pass is only going to be redeemable with a US PSN account, and if you want to do the cross-system saves, you need to redeem the pass. Online isn't up until later today so none of us have been able to fully test this part out yet.

Nice impressions! Will be a shame if you can't use the online pass on anything other than US accounts though. Do let us know!

Is swapping accounts a case of just signing out of my uk one and then re-signing in with my us one? Why do I need to do a factory reset, what does the involve?

I might as well get the cart it seems.

The only way of logging in with a new account is to do a factory reset, when it comes back up you can sign in with the other account. I think things like the time and date are saved but you'll need to put network data back in again. I think it takes about 2 minutes for the full process.

The cart will work on a UK account just fine, I just hope that online pass is redeemable on a UK account but we don't know yet. I thought you understood when you were wondering whether to get a Vita or not
