Not been keeping up to date with Vita news lately, have the PS1 games been made available on PSN yet? Such as FFVII and VIII?
 
The rainforest deal just now is pretty good, under £200 now for the console, mem card and fifa.

Still think it will come down another 25% before xmas and will make it an impulse buy then.
 
Ok this is bugging me now, SONY have said no more, zip, nothing since their mess up with releasing a PSOne game early on the store. Least give us a date so I can top up mt store wallet, you would think they would want our money especially for games for games that took not a lot of development to get on the vita system :(
 
i wish uncharted never came out with the console,because if it didn't i wouldn't of bothered getting vita so early.Everything seems to be at a standstill for months now.The console is getting cheaper and cheaper so mine is worth less and less yet its not getting used because there is nothing decent out.Its as if Sony doesn't want our monies
 
Is gt psp on offer for a short time only, or is it £6.99 forever now? I'm back in the Uk on the 7th and want to pick it up.

Loved it on the psp trying to get gold on all the licenses, just a shame I got it on umd as the store price was too much at the time.

Also, has anyone bought the 32gb men cards from the rainforest?
My 8gb is almost full with umvc3, everybody's golf and peacewalker. Peacewalker actually has the largest install :(

there are games but most of them are just a little bit better then what you would get for a mobile phone or ipad for less then £5.If i am going to pay £30-£40 for a game i want it to be on par with uncharted.I have tried all of the demo's and apart from rayman the rest i don't think are worth the money.I cant think of any games that's come out apart from harry potter in the past two months.
 
Mortal Kombat on the Vita looks to be a massive fail, they have heavily nerfed the graphics.

Guys, does anyone have a clue if you could transfer psone classics save games from the ps3 to Vita?

Got to the point now I'm so bored with the vita I'm replaying FF7 on the ps3 :(
 
Because it is so fair to compare a handhelds graphics to a home console...

Also, try showing the Vita graphics at their original resolution instead. Then it might look a little fairer.

There's no excuse for losing the shader effects or having such crappy resolution textures, the Vita has more memory than both of the home consoles, the other console ports such as Marvel vs Capcom etc have been much, much better.

There's no excusing Mortal Kombat looking that poor on the Vita. I mean heck even the UI isn't even native res, let alone the rest of the graphics.
 
About to take the plunge on this via the rainforest - any recommendations on a carry case?

Well took the plunge - got the wifi model, 4gb card, fifa and the thrustmaster case for £207 - not bad i guess.

Just need uncharted and im all set :)

So I've been looking into getting the Vita for a while and yesterday I decided to take the Plunge!

At HMV I got the Wi-Fi model, Uncharted, Rayman and a 8GB card for £260 which I believe is not a bad price! Need to get a case for it though so will be going past Game to see what they have!

I really wish they would get a move on with being able to play PS1 games on the PS vita. I got the itch to play FF7 again and I want to play it on my Vita !!!!

I also really really REALLY do wish that square-enix would put FF7:Crisis core on the god damm PS store too. Also Kingdom Hearts: Birth, although Ive read they are doing a squeal to it for the PS vita but still :(

Why are there so many PSP games that are not on the PS store I have no idea. They really need to either update the store and get more games on there or release a UMD reader or something.

Also I have the Thrustmaster SPF case its an amazing case.
