***** PlayStation Vita Official Thread *****

WOW it looks like you have to periodically connect to a network and then run them for them to work. Took my Vita home last night and tried some of the games that would not work and they did work fine. I have come to work today and tried one of the games I did not test and it comes up with the same error but the ones I had opened and tested work.

I don't have the January PS+ games in the PS+ section of the store. It just shows the December ones sub runs out in on the 14th Jan, is this why? I think I'll renew it today, does anyone know a good site to get a year code?

What games are on PS+ in Jan?

Neither do I, but if I go to them individually through searching, I can download them:)

Makes sense I guess, it has to dial home every now and again to check you still have PS plus - it seems a bit annoying that you actually have to refresh each individual license though, it would make much more sense for it to just do them all in one sweep when you're on a network.

Anyone have experience with Nippon Yassan? I ordered a 64gb card from them on monday. I selected to FEDEX -the website states that your order will take 1-2 days and you will be given a tracking number.
I havent received my order, nor been given a tracking number yet, so I am getting a bit nervous.

I've just picked up a Vita and am loving it so far, will be a good companion for my PS4 :) I'm off to Miami on Tuesday for business and four of us that are flying have a Vita. Does anyone know of any good truly offline 4 player games (preferably co-op) that we can play on the flight? A lot of them seem to require PSN access which we won't have :(

In total it took mine 5 days, 2 days for it to be shipped after payment and about 3 days for shipping, including the day it was shipped. Apart from payment accepted which happened on the day, all other updates including shipping happened 2 days later so I'd expect it to happen so if not already.

A lot of PSP games like Monster Hunter, God Eater Burst, Peace Walker, Naruto, etc. on the PS Store feature ad hoc multiplayer so it might be worth looking into something like that. You'll probably need to be sitting close to each other though :p

Aren't you supposed to put the unit in flight mode and turn off any form of wifi when on a plane?

I think you can play Dungeon Hunter: Alliance as a four player ad-hoc multiplayer game.

Rules changed recently in most airlines. You can use things during most of the flight now.

You still need to have the devices in airplane mode though.

All the new European ruling allows is the devices to be turned on during take off and landing, not that anyone ever follows those rules anyway.

Have to say loving my Vita, got it a couple of weeks ago. Uncharted is OK, far too many fire fights, which is the weakest aspect of the game but I guess they wanted some padding to make it longer... Though the three games that have hooked me are Gravity Rush (free, PSN+), Tearaway and the PS1 Metal Gear Solid. Have to say though, some of the PS1 game pricing is just robbery considering how old they are

Some of them are about £90+ cheaper to buy on the PSN though, so I'm not complaining! :p Sales happen often enough so you can pick up a lot of PS1 games for chips, and I'd gladly pay some of the regular prices for the convenience of having them digitally on the Vita/PSP/PS3.

Have you tried Soul Sacrifice yet?
