So... Completed P4G tonight, and apparently I got the 'bad' ending. I was so disappointed. It was awful!

.....Still better than Mass Effect 3 though!

I should have my P4G by the weekend. I've already accepted it will need two play throughs but that's ok as no games for me until later this year.

How long did it take you? I'm currently 22 hours in and have just freed the biker lad. Sadly I'm fighting boredom with it; the combat is fun but the stuff in between gets a bit dull. Does the ratio of dungeons vs school change at all through the rest of the game?

Forgot I had P4G, played it up until that boss but couldn't beat it. Haven't played it since. Will have to try and get back into it.....one day.

I think the average playtime on Persona 4 to finish it is around 70 hours, I'm currently 35 hours in but I'm taking my time and trying to max social links and stuff.

I picked up Persona 4 Golden, not played any of the series before, but i am a JRPG fan.

Also just picked up Spelunky, Hotline Miami, and MGS HD collection in the PSN sale that started today.

Think i purchased a Vita at the perfect time. :)

45 hours. The credits just started rolling, and I couldn't believe it. Nothing was resolved at all...almost ME3-level bad!

No, the ratio doesn't really change, but I quite enjoyed that part of it tbh(though still wish there were more actual gameplay in it).

I don't know if any of you tried the PC version, but Dustforce is a seriously good platformer, which came out on vita today. Downloading now, will report if it's any good.

It's a very tough trial and error type game, like Super Meat Boy. It's all about perfecting the levels. With tight controls, great art and a superb soundtrack you can't go wrong for the asking price of £8. There's a free trial though which should certainly be downloaded if you're unsure.

EDIT: Been playing it a bit. Plays well, the game is the same which is great. Controls are good enough, and I recommend putting instant restart on in the options (makes select button instant restart). However, at the beginning of some levels I have noticed dodgy framerates. Not always, but here and there. I hope it's not like that much more cause a bad FPS would ruin this.

Having read the news about the thin Vita coming, I had a little laugh. I find the OLED screen to be fantastic and one of the best things hardware-wise about mine. I'm not sure why I would consider getting rid of it?

Why would you consider it anyway? It's the same as what you have but lighter.

I think people who travel a lot lean towards the new model for the battery life, which is supposedly over double that of the 1000's (don't know whether this has something to do with them getting rid of the OLED).

True but there was no mention of that :) I have never used a portable out and about, I cannot get into a game when out in public so they are always used in the house.

Ah, I think I misread his question as why anyone would replace their 1000 :p I was in a similar position with using portables in public, but when I had to travel an hour to and from work every day (along with travelling long distances outside of work) I got into the habit of using mine on the bus a lot. After a while it just felt normal and I could happily play my games while commuting, obviously not as happily or comfortably as I would at home, but it definitely made travelling more interesting!
