There's your problem!
What does this mean??!! Sorry for my complete lack of computer knowledge.
Can it be fixed or am I done for? What do I need to do?

Could be the program reading it wrong but those voltages look all over the place, check what they say in the BIOS? Should be within 10%+/- of the value.

Is there another program I could use to test this information? Is there anything in that image that stands out as wrong?
Another thing, I did get Skyrim and iRacing to work for a while (10+ minutes) and these games didn't crash. However, graphics were noticeably poorer, and I was getting visible pop up graphics near the horizons, something that I never used to get before all this trouble started.
In regards to the games that didn't crash, I see that in GPU-Z there is a section called "Sensors" which give readout on GPU Temps etc. Shall I make a video or something of these stats whilst I load Skyrim or iRacing?
Finally, yes, the frame rate was actually very smooth.
Of course, the 2 year warranty expired only a few months ago
I haven't done anything to void the warranty - at least I don't think so. I don't know what would to be honest, apart from when looking at the PSU earlier today I saw a "warranty void if broken" sticker, which I didn't touch.
