a friend was given a 4dr opel corsa (nova for you lot) for a few months.
it was crap. slow, unreliable and crap. this car was the only reason i used my jump leads and tow rope the whole time i was in norway.
it eventually packed up around christmas, so it was crushed. the best place for it

My friend is/has always been a Vauxhall fanboy, he went and bought a "Mint" Nova SR for £700. On the outside it was pretty clean, screwdriver on any underneath body part and it went straight through.
He then spotted another Nova, this time a 1.2 "Spin", also in white. He paid £1500 for it (genuine 18k on the clock) and it is now stripped down waiting for a respray and to be re-built as an SR.
Have a search on Migweb for Dec's Nova Sport.

Back in my school days, every prolific chav was cruising round in one of those crapboxes, but they all "upgraded" to corsas and saxos not long after - I assumed there had been some sort of government ordered cull.. you just dont see them on the road any more, thank god.

Nods, I didn't notice the rolling shell at first between all the spelling 'mistakes'. Realised when looking at the empty engine bay!
