That kind of sucks as whole dynamic is lost. I wondered why my jolteon didn't despatch a few golducks as quickly as my starmie could

There's a Mr Mime near me right now according to the game but with the blinking tracking broke nowhere to track it

Yep, what was normally +100% or -50% damage are only +25% or -20% damage :/

Kind of takes a massive amount from the game that.

This is an amazing concept but the execution of this (the easy bit) is quite poor.

So it's strong pokemon over moves and type?
So so broken

Seeing as I'll never catch them all kind of makes finding more a bit 'ugh'

Caught a 1563 Lapras lurking at a pokestop yesterday in town. It didn't show on pokevision.

@ level 20 now, nearly 21. Pokedex Caught 74, Seen 74,
Level 19-20 required 25,000 exp. Level 20-21 requires 50k, the grind is strong!

I think pokevision only shows the pokemons that was already caught by someone else.
I have a geodude nearby and it isnt showing in pokevision

Just used my first egg. Went from 16 to 19 with a lot of pidgeys. I've been filtering a lot of Pokemon for high stats. I managed to get a 947 Vaporean with a lot of room to power up left. It has 14/12/12 stats.

Keep powering it up and watch for the number of combinations to reduce. Also consider that every time you power up it increases the Pokemon by half a level. The max is 1.5 above your own level. My vaporean has big head room left which means it is quite low level. I will get some more stardust and push it right up. You can estimate the level from the white bar around the Pokemon. Finally if you use the spreadsheet to calculate stats it will give you some combinations with the levels next to them. My vaporean could be 15/10/12.

Probably a bit of a 'noob' question, but to be played effectively does this game rely on a good mobile phone signal, a GPS one... neither, or both?

I had a feeling that might be the case, but as the mobile signals around here are rubbish, it probably isn't really worth the effort!
