Tap your face in bottom left, then friends in the top right. Tap add friend for all the options

That's my trainer code, had a day of freedom today as the missus was out witg the kids and with not much else to do done loads of wandering. Up to 223 caught which considering I haven't played a lot I'm pretty happy with.

For the special quest I've got to catch a Ditto which is frustrating, don't think I've ever even seen one never mind caught one.

I'll add some of you in here, got loads of gifts to share.

It's pretty random - he can be any one of these: https://www.imore.com/sites/imore.c.../dcp0mstv4aeqn0k.jpg-large.jpeg?itok=gHNY7YCR if it's not special research and you want to stack other daily quests you can always delete it.

Ugh, always a pain. Just keep catching everyone of those you see, one will eventually morph into ditto. Which one is it, Mew or Meltan quest? If you're doing both try and get Mew to 5/8 and Meltan to 3/9 - that way you'll get two for one!
