Police Interceptors!

Actually no, they would just have a full license with 6 points on. The "totting up" points revocation would only come into force if the driver got any more points within the first 2 years after passing their test. i.e. even 1 more point would get their license revoked. For example it's possible to get 9 points on a provisional, pass your test and then still hold a new full license with 9 points!

Learn something new everyday! That seems stupid though, they have demonstrated that they are not responsible enough to drive, if you get >6 points on your provisional I think you should have to revoked for x years

Good luck to anyone getting insurance after just passing the test with so many points :D

First up is Dave IN THE EVO!!!

Likes: Chips
Dislikes: Twocers

why is it the narrator sounds like he's fapping furioursly every time he gets to say the word scooby or evo ? lol.

It's the production qualities which stop me watching it. Most of the voiceover is really annoying, as they attempt to big up two coppers cruising around dull bits of Essex (no comments please) looking for a silver Vectra last seen two hours ago. Or something equally mundane. Although it can be livened by the commentator saying that when the plod in question is clearly in a scoob.

Remember.. AT THE END OF THE DAY.

I still think it's a good show.

Oh and the Ambulance guy last week.. what a nutter..

Was that Golf actually an R32? I caught like the last ten seconds of it with the guy getting a fine. It just looked like a normal Golf with two exhausts. Didn't look beefy enough.

it had the badge on the back, not that that proves anything :p

LMAO at the cops saying these guys cant afford to modify there cars one was a near new citreon and an E60 5 series.

Indeed, theyre skint after buying them so no modifying. :p

Anyone noticed on 5 on demand this episode is numbered as 3 instead of 2?

I turned it off when in one of the episodes the commentator said that the interceptor cars do 2000 miles a week - over 100k a year in a Scooby or Evo they must be joking, do they think they're sales reps or something?

What's hard to believe about that?

What always makes me laugh is when they do their little high performance show off bit where the cars are booting it up a road or a dash view with the revs & speedo climbing quick then they always play a soundtrack from some sort of V8 muscle sounding car, half the time the revs aren't in sync to what the Evo's & Scoobs are even doing lol!

To be fair though it is pretty entertaining, some serious tool's out on our roads that need some serious comeuppance!
