Fascinating. She's used the election and brexit as a smoke screen for trying to claim a mandate to enact policies that address problems that certainly need a resolution but policies which are always going to be unpopular. Is this the rulers trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the serfs again? If it is it's clearly not worked.

Alternatively is Teresa trying to crash the titanic that is brexit in order to cause a pro EU party to come in to power and return the good ship brexit back to port from what she has undoubtedly thought was a doomed voyage all along? We'll have to wait till next time... what a cliff hanger.

Well she is a remainer...

Because the smart ones anyway, will work to a different model that will avoid accumulating them.

What happens in Europe where it is far more common for people to rent rather than own their homes??

Much more so. Never understand how we got obsessed in this country with owning. That's what a government should be doing, pushing people away from owning bricks and mortar. It helps that in the eu it's easy to get 10 or even 20 reanalysed agreements which means people look after their rented houses and decorate them and even buy new kitchens.

Is this the 'embarrassing car crash'? Really? lol

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2017-40005257

Corbyn is a 50 car pile up then lol
Whats Corbyn got to do with what i posted, i never mentioned him, or are you jumping the gun?

e:
Taken on its own, its not a horrendous interview. When you have just done a huge U turn on a 4 day old key manifesto pledge, for an election you were adamant you wouldnt call and you are imploring people to trust you its a complete car crash.

I thought that the speakers seat doesnt count for any majority?

The clip states that they've agreed that it doesn't count for either, but those living there are still stuck without a vote either way.

Would make more sense that when someone is made speaker, that they're booted from the area & someone else put in so that folk can actually vote.

Yet you cannot even put a tack on the wall.

Seriously ****** off with how crap the choices are this time. No one stands for an ounce of Liberty. May is a pathetic leader with awful policies, Corbyn is a damp rag with a ludicrous socialist agenda. Lib dems have gone mental and are basically offering labour lite. Greens are as crazy as usual. UKIP have collapsed.

Whats the bloody point.

Perhaps its intentional?

Well the Lib Dems are obsessed with mental health.

Well she is a remainer...

No no no, She was a remainer, she has seen the light and converted to the church of brexit with a fire and zeal that would make a born again Christian blush. She has mended her ways and put career ahead of principles. Principles never put money in the clutch or caviar on the plate anyway.

It's a shame that the only real option for a brexit PM is a complete phoney.

Changed my vote now as I can't support this dementia tax. That only really leaves UKIP as a choice with Brexit.

I thought anyone who voted UKIP was a racist and was booed so many times for admitting on Question Time followed by a lynch mob online...

Don't forget swivel eyed, sociopathic, racist, homophobic, did I mention racist? I mentioned racist right? Sexist, sexual deviant of the highest and most unforgiveable order.

Catchy slogan. Not quite as good as the now defunct 'Strong and Stable' but they might run with it.
Send it to Tory central office asap.

Are you saying slogans are more important that facts, isn't one of the major complaints about the leave campaign from Labour and the lib dems the dishonesty they saw in it, and yet they will happily push nonsense like the 'dementia tax'

It's as good as. I think they got the level of it wrong if taking into account someone's home it should have been set to safeguard at least 500k rather than 100k.

The current solution guards the first 23k only...
