Terrifying! I sure hope poltergeists never do anything more than move items in one direction and in a straight line. That really is the stuff of nightmares!

We might be moving into an apparently haunted room. The security guy swears that there is a ghost in the room. Personally I can't wait. I just hope he doesn't move my chair just as I am about to side down. :D

I think what all the doubters in this thread mean is: "The video is inconclusive, but the activity you see in it is easily fakeable and some kind of non-corporeal paranormal presence is unlikely." :D

If you just say: "No, it's definitely fake." without knowing much about the 'case' you're just as close-minded as those pitiful people who believe EVERYTHING is paranormal.

Bloodline, is the story behind that any good? I write for a ghost magazine occasionally and am always on the hunt for something spooky!

Certainly has all the hallmarks of a fake.

The objects only moving in one direction, could be explained easily as being down to someone pulling them from off camera.

The "convenient" camera angle which obscures the bottom of the objects so that you cannot see if anything is attached to them and being used to pull the objects.

If I was being really picky, the "chavvy" look of them, the "Lisa is now begging her landlord Whitefriars to re-house her family." , which sounds suspiciously like they are angling for an excuse for a new house. The dog being attacked by the poltergeist, like in the film Paranormal Activity 2.

Nope...I'm going with faked video to be used as "evidence" of why they need a new (and no doubt bigger) home given to them.

yup fake and she should be done for animal cruelty. Least the enfield incident was witnessed by reporters, investigators and authorities, or the one in germany where a cupboard was moved infront of the police which then took 3 of them to move it back. Im sick of people faking, i used to believe but i honestly think its all crap now.

it's very obviously being pulled from the near right leg, from the way it moves, so unless the poultergeist is crawling along the floor I'd say it probably has something tied around the chair leg that's being pulled.

Honestly why would a poltergeist move a chair and open a door, surely they have better things to do...

I think this thread does need a poll!

Not really... Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. The honus is on the believers to prove it... Not the sceptics to disprove it.
