But that is not proving something. That is disproving something. The point i'm making is that those of us who disbelieve this stuff do not need to prove it is not real. If someone is going to make a claim which goes against the everyday experience of the overwhelming majority of people in this world. Then it is their responsibility to change our minds. Not the other way round.

I agree until you say 'either way'. It is laughable to believe something mindlessly from a video without any proof whatsoever.

It is not laughable to disbelieve something with no proof. Especially when it goes against the experiences of the overwhelming majority.

Evidence for ghosts = 1%
Evidence against ghost = 99%

Which point of view is laughable? For those theoretcial statistics to change one person would have to provide completely irrefutable evidence. Otherwise it always remains swayed towards the sceptics.

i am interested as to whether some sort of energy is in our world that we can't see, but it's always the same, moving chairs or cupboards. i bet if i went on youtube i would find 100 + videos of chairs moving with a dodgy camera. i just find it hard to beleive that they would connect by moving the same thing. and im sure ghosts would be in warddrobes or cupboards to play peek-a-boo.

Indeed... It's extremely interesting and there is plenty we don't understand yet. But having faith in something is very different to proving something.

Firstly no... They are made up percentages and secondly. There is actually zero hard evidence that ghosts exist. There is plenty of circumstantial evidence of course, plenty of stories and claims. Plenty of legends and tales.

But when it comes to actual hard irrefutable evidence. There is none.

I am referring to evidence in terms of proof.

Exactly... I couldn't agree more and that is the point I am trying to make.

People want first-hand accounts, then they cry fake, people want videos, then they cry fake. You can never convince skeptics. The only way people will see for themselves is by experiencing the phenomena first hand. Seeing as I have direct access to the spiritual realm, it's clear to me these things do exist, but a lot of people are too disconnected to be able to experience them.

Please... Show me this proof. As I said previously, proof and a belief/faith are two very different things.

As far as I am aware there has never been a single peice of so called evidence that cannot be explained rationally. Even your 'personal contact with the spirit realm' can.

Proof is not doors opening and furniture sliding about on bits of string so ghosts are lumped together with fake Bigfoot, Loch Ness monster, Yeti pictures etc.
An unprecedented number of cameras are in circulation with practically everyone carrying a camera phone so when are we going to see something that gives even the slightest glimmer of evidence that it's genuine?
