ahaha you can bet he wont be back in there anytime soon :p

my kittens are great, but they, and all the cats we've had/known in the past. they never learn not to do incredibly stupid things again and again.

the kittens are only a few months old and have both now, twice jumped up interested in the gas burning under pans only to get to close and have whiskers shinged(spelling?) quite badly, but not actually caught on fire or any hair on the face hurt.

cats errm, don't always learn, thats the best way to put it. cat will probo be back in the drier when it gets back :p

How the hell did it get there in the first place?

Our Dryer and washing machine door is always shut. if not they get in the way, why is yours left open?

Yup, we have a purpose built room at the back of the garage where the washer and stuff goes, it also has a catflap for emergencies - if the cats arn't in they can find shelter in the utility room, maybe even the tumble dryer if it's a bit nippy.

However, the cat is home today, just a little bruised and battered. It was a very lucky escape, it's probably had more of an effect on my mum than the cat, I suppose it's like accidentally tumble drying your kids.

Ours (got two 16yo Seal Point Siamese) like to climb in the nice warm tumble dryer, and on sheets-wash day a few years ago did the same in-between different loads, but fortunately Mum noticed after only a few rotations!
