IIRC she knocks him out with some drugs and when he comes to, he's all setup to be operated on. she rigs up a camcorder/tv to make it look like she's performing a castration but it's not real. it's actually a video playing but he believes it's real because he can't feel anything due to anaesthetics or whatever. i don't think the rest of the film would have happened if surgery had actually taken place. :p

Got quite a few, shouldn't be hard.

1: Bunch of macho manly men get ambushed during a mission by an unseen enemy in the trees. All die except one.

2: A guy with delusions of grandeur gets arrested and beaten over and over. He eventually dies with his mum watching.

3: Some people go on holiday and a couple of scruffy men get injured by a series of unfortunate accidents.

4: Old man visits England, becomes young looking. Many people die and one is completely mad.
