hope you get the 996 turbo Andy, I still consider a 993 turbo almost every other day but I do about 10 miles a week now so just cant justify it!

I hate Cabriolets, just don't like them!
The only cabriolet I like if its classed as one is the S2000 and maybe the odd Ferrari but Porsches, Audi's I think look yuck in cabriolet form.

The RMS issue, or Rear Main Oil Seal does NOT effect all 911's Jamous, the Turbo and GT3 have a different engine block based on the GT1 compared to the normal Carrera models, and it is not an issue that effects these models in the same way.

Agree with your point about cars, it is how they make YOU feel not the next man or women

Had a Turbo S in last week with almost every seal imaginable required.
GT3's go through dampers too.
For interest I ordered a rear wheel for a Carerra GT today 4K + VAT
