Ahh didn't realise it was a 996, the fella that sorted ours (997) did say that there where changes to these parts between the models and that fitting the 996 ones were a lot more effort.
As an aside I'm starting to think our car is jinxed, no sooner is it all sorted by the garage and running smoothly had a flipping lorry drive into the back of it this evening whilst sat at traffic lights.
No having to play the insurance claim game.

Hoping just bodywork at this stage, avoiding the PSE as wouldn't be fair on the neighbours seeing the other car makes enough noise.Oh no! Not too much damage I hope! Would be a shame to have to get a sportier exhaust fitted through insurance due to the rear end shunt...

Makes no sense at all! Tiptronic with disgusting interior and targa roof. The back bumper looks decent and the round headlight conversion isn't too bad, but why cut vents in the wings and quarter panels? Yuck.
yikes... while I like some resto mods this sort of cheap bodykit nonsense is horrendous

Even on a 911 Turbo to have Koenigsegg-esque wheels seems incredibly extravagant.

20% lighter didn't seem a lot so I read about it.

I guess the key is 'together', so 2.15kg per wheel.
