Caporegime
No new parts there, so whatever was causing the leak is not exposed. Ergo - RUBBISH.
Neither do I.I don't see any new parts...cleaned up a bit and that's about it.
But if a new pipe was above, how could I have damaged it going over a kerb/similar, and how would these infamous scrape marks have happened?!Looks like they cleaned it and that about it lol. If there was a new pipe i'd expect it to be pretty shiny and looking new.
Edit unless the leak is/was coming from above and they've changed a pipe up there.
Yeh I agree, I certainly won’t be entertaining the idea of getting another car from them in future.I'd normally let that kind of thing go but what would stick in the craw is the fact that they've blamed you for some scrapes that simple aren't there and seemingly on a part of the coolant system that isn't there. That just says to me they're trying to treat you like an idiot which is completely inappropriate.
Keep us posted. Sorry you've had such a crappy start with it!
I think a good 2 hour run to somewhere like Worcester would be a good idea
So here it is....
The new GT4
Are they 6 cyl or boxer?

It seems to be behaving, took it up to Leicester for a wedding on the weekend and it performed brilliantly on the back roads - I'm now looking for excuses to drop the roof and just go drive

Porsche dealers will be buying them up and sticking an extra £10-20k on the list price! This, will be an epic car, good luck getting one for 75k on flip side might push the last gen GT4 down in price a bit in a year or so once the inflated prices for these end and they hit used market in a year or two time.
