1..............it wont be 20% faster than a TX, that's virtually impossible
2..............Nvidia aren't finished at all, because we havent seen the 980 TI yet have we :eek:

the TX can be Water cooled very easily, will therefore take a much bigger OC in Stock condition and can quite easily be only £650...................only the Titan X is history.

so what do you do ?..........you either ignore all of this, or sell the Titan X right now and re-fit the 970 and then wait.

you'd be a fool if you brought the 390X without seeing the 980TI first.

You're right, the 980's would be a downgrade in certain ways. Hell, I only got mine due to a good s/h deal on a pair of barely used ones!! Crinkly went for a pair of TX's!!!! £££££££

unfortunately you cant see 4K/ 65'' at 10ft away, so for me 4K is silly and it will always be like this............4k only looks good at either 3ft away, or 10ft away on a 100'' 4k Projector :D

The 290x was every bit as fast as the Titan yet cost nearly half. The 290 could be overclocked and again, as fast as a Titan yet cost £400 was it?

you know exactly what i'm saying.......... we dont know a damn thing about the 980TI and until we see it, i wouldn't buy a 390X at all because you can be damned sure that Nvidia know exactly what to expect.

look at this way, 2 months ago we knew the 390X was going to be Water Cooled, powerful, 8gb and smaller.

i bet the 980TI is similar :eek::eek:................we dont know for sure but you know what i mean
