Looks like it could come with less shaders and TMUs. Not sure if ROPs will be affected as well.

True, AMD do tend to gimp their lower down cards less than Nvidia do. I expect the full 4GB will still be usable on the lower models.

It's deceptive because the fan is built in... makes it look thicker, but it will be no different in thickness to a thinner quality rad with a fan screwed on.The rad on that Fury is a bit too thick for my liking

I really like the black chrome finish and also the compact size is very nice. It looks like they have spared no expense when it comes to the radiator fan also. The HDMI port will be a 2.0 right?
