I am kinda cheating as the base application processing is one of my presets

I just adjust to suit after that.

I thought that's how everyone does it in LR. You make a few basic presets and then you get creative and tweak further to suit requirements.

not happy with the tree line but wasn't sure how to adjust the RAW levels after i'd opened the image?

You have the owners permission so nothing to worry about on flickr

.. in that case, upload to flickr with the privacy setting on. No one can see the image unless you use the forum code to link it like I am doing.
