My 03 mark is close to most other 9800 Pros above, but my 01 mark is pretty crap - i take it my crappy FSB (170mhz) is at fault here?



look at this guy for example. Hes got practically same setup as me (P4 2.4 @ 3.06, 9800Pro @ XT speeds, 170mhz FSB). Granted, his RAM is better than mine, but i doubt running at tighter timings than me gives him a 1,600 point boost. (he got 17,800 compared to my 16,200).

ah mine would be a T-bred XP

and I see I need some work to push myself up the table..

still 21 is a damn good place to be after my first time at OC the graphics card :D
 
Just built my new system and haven't done much to it. A64 3200+/215fsb @2.15ghz. Asus 9800XT with memory at stock 730mhz and core at 440mhz. Still need to sort out windows and give the HD a defrag now ive installed everything i need. Should be able to get high 22k easy.

Well we now have over 50 people on the 2001 table but are a couple short on the 2003 table.

So come on people and especially you Nvidia boys are you all hiding because you realise you made the wrong choice. :D :p

Although it should be interesting when people start getting the next gen cards.
 
Few more weeks and i should have a 2.5ghz A64 + 6800ultra/X800pro so I would watch this space.

Edit: I predict 30,000 in 2001 and 13,000 in 03 with some tweakage. ;)
