lol not bad, I'm a City boy but unfortunately not a trader or anything like that (i'm assuming he's in investment banking or the like to get that kind of bonus), I'm just an Insurance Underwriter in Lloyds,so not quite their yet!! I get a guaranteed 5% of my salary. Got a decent rise though so looking forward to see my next pay packet! I'm on what I'd call decent money now which is good.
 
been working at my place now for JUST under a year..i mean by like days so i didnt get the attendance bonus of £250 :(

have doubled, if not nearly trebled the amount of trade and income to my shop...but yeah STILL dont meet targets set by the higher chimps...which would result in a 10% profit share form my shop

All in all my compnay sucks :p

I did get 6 cans of carling and about £60 of tips from customers though...and £20 towards a staff night out...but thats all from the company
 
£0 for me as well :(

Minus £5 at the place before last

As everyone got 100 Shares just as they fell through the floor and become worth £15, but you could only sell through the Company Broker who charged a minimum fee of £20 so in effect a Chrimbo Bonus of -£5.

My Dad got £56,000 before Tax.. + a pay rise :(

Edit: trying to convince him to get a new C2D Set Up along with the Plasma & Rolex he is getting :(
