Yes, you should love him for having it. Not many people can be bothered to keep cars like that on the road. Those that do should be applauded.

I recognise that red Rover 400 in the 2nd to last picture. Guy on various Rover forums. Spent a fair bit on body/paintwork and fitted the full bodykit, including the very rare rear spoiler.

Nice car.

Love the plate on the GT3 as well! I also have a soft spot for the old Renault 21 Turbos. My uncle had one many moons ago.

I have a real soft spot for the 996 Turbo. The 997 is lovely but I definitely prefer the looks of the 996.

Pistonheads sunday service at the Porsche experience centre at Silverstone - was a good mix of cars and got to see some of the WEC that was going on the track. Luckily there was no queue when I got there at 8:30!

I really like the mix of cars you get at PH Sunday service meets, haven't been to once since MB World last year which was great.

The Merc is 1968 then, looks like its driving backwards Love that Alfa and amazing spit and polish on that Rover

Fried car, don't know what exactly happened but a fire started from near exhaust, melted the rear lights and the spoiler a bit.



Some other contenders:

Both lotus and merc F1 cars were there too, but I'd need to download more pics from my phone, these are the ones a mate posted on my fb, I don't have a usb cable atm...

Suprised how bloody loud these are.
